Frequently Asked Questions

Do we design for our clients?

Yes, we have in-house designers who collaborate with clients to create custom sign concepts that align with their brand and vision.

Do we make the vinyl wraps & decals?

We do not fabricate custom decals or vinyl wraps ourselves; we collaborate with trusted partner companies that specialize in high-quality production and installation of these materials. We manage the entire project to ensure quality control and consistent branding.

Do we do electrical signs?

We do not provide electrical sign services directly. We recommend clients work with a specialized and licensed electrical sign contractor for those specific needs.

What is our service area?

Our service area generally includes San Antonio, Boerne, Leon Valley, Leon Springs, Bulverde, Castle Hills, Fair Oaks, Alamo Heights, Austin, Bexar County, Kendall County, and Comal County. As rare as it is, we do also service all of Texas and sometimes even out of state.

What are our rates?

Project costs are customized based on specific needs, design complexity, materials used, size, and installation requirements. We provide a detailed estimate after an initial consultation to ensure transparency.

Do we bring our own tools and equipment?

Yes, our installation partners bring all necessary specialized tools and equipment required for the jobs they perform (e.g., standard sign installation, non-electrical).

How long does a job typically take?

Timelines vary significantly with the scope of the project. Simple design projects can be quick, while complex projects involving third-party fabrication and coordination (like custom vehicle wraps) require more time for coordination, design approvals, production, and installation.

Are we able to do last minute installs?

While we strive for quick turnaround times, last-minute installations for complex projects can be challenging due to design, partner production schedules, and potential permit requirements. It's best to plan in advance, but you can always contact us to check current availability for urgent needs.
